Intermediate Greek Gospel: Mark (GRE 312)

This web page is intended for students attending New Saint Andrews College in the 2007-2008 academic year, who are enrolled in Intermediate Greek Gospel: Mark (GRE 312). Please check back frequently to get the most recent updates to online texts and see any changes or additions to the course assignments and schedule.

The primary objective for this course is to read the entire Gospel of Mark in the original Greek. Students will translate six selected chapters in depth and submit reading notes. The remaining chapters will be quickly translated alongside the in depth work. This course is not merely a course on Greek grammar and syntax as students will be expected to learn the structure, flow and substance of the gospel. Students will sharpen basic biblical Greek grammatical skills as well as gain some intermediate proficiency.
