Figuring this would receive a lot of views, I decided to post my question here. On page 42, (b), the column on the far-right, third word down. On the this word: dwrois , why is the acute accent placed on the penult? Isn't the omega a long vowel (cf. pg.13), and as such, the acute can't be placed over it

The acute can be placed over both short AND long. In the instance you pointed out, the Omega must have the Acute accent since the Circonflex can't get back that far (due to the Long Ultima).
On an unrelated subject, that Greek font is really cool, but for some reason my computer refuses to download it....
