This how it all began.
1-Listening to Mr. Schwandt reading section 2 of Matthew 1, I found that he doesn’t read “David the King begot Solomon”, he only reads “David begot Solomon” (from Mat 1:6 second part of the vers), so he doesn’t read “Ze O Basilious”, which what we have in the text in Page 27.
2-So I decided to compare the text to www.greekbible.org, this is when I found that even the spelling of some of the words is different from the text that we have (for example notice the word begot, Solomon and others)
Questions are:
1-Why the spelling is different?
2-Why there is extra/missing words (like the example in point 1)?
Is that due to Erasmian Vs Historical? I thought the difference is only in the pronunciation.
Could someone shed light?

As you suggested, the differences between the various texts constitute the differences between the Textus Receptus versus most of the older texts. There are also differences among these texts as to the spelling of the names of some of the various kings.
For the most part, the differences are extremely minor -- a bit like seeing the differences between "George Bush" versus "George W. Bush" versus "Georgy Bush" of even "President George Bush." _________________ John Stevenson
